Why I Started Magic Magnets Co.

 

I'm a pizza restaurant owner in Alberta. I've been running two locations for years, and like every restaurant owner, I was always looking for a simple, affordable way to bring customers back through the door without complicated apps, expensive loyalty software, or monthly fees.

A few years ago I started giving out collectible magnets with every order. The concept is simple: customers collect 8 and bring the full set back for a free pizza. No app. No punch card. No login. Just a magnet on the fridge.

What surprised me was how often customers would mention the magnets without me bringing them up. They'd walk up to the counter and say "I finally got my last one!" or bring their kids in just to pick up the missing piece. The magnets were living on their fridges keeping my restaurant top of mind every single day.

After 4+ years of running this program at both my stores, I noticed two things: it genuinely works, and most pizza restaurants have no idea it exists or they've been quoted expensive prices from Canadian and American print companies and walked away.

So I decided to fix that. I work directly with my trusted manufacturer, handle the custom design for each client, and deliver the complete loyalty magnet program at a fraction of what you'd pay elsewhere.
